Final payment is due within 7 days of arrival. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted within the week or during the event. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Wonder Wanderful Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to update and/or alter the following terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to be familiar with these terms and conditions.

All retreats are offered subject to CWW’s standard terms and conditions. Please review the terms and conditions carefully prior to completing your reservation. Some of these terms and conditions are set out below to draw your attention to the fact that our obligations to you are limited.

Once you have made a secure payment in full or with a deposit, your booking will be confirmed and the invoice will act as receipt and confirmation. You will receive communication in the planning stages of the retreat and a final payment is due within 7 days of the retreat start date.

Once the retreat starts, we will do everything possible to ensure your enjoyment, and we rely on you to tell us if something is not working. We look forward to a successful partnership together..

CANCELLATION POLICY OVERVIEW

Camp Wonder Wander retreat experiences are non-refundable under any circumstance within one week of the retreat start date and the duration of the retreat. Camp Wonder Wander must receive cancellation request in writing no later than one week prior to the start of the retreat and the customer understands they will forfeit the 25% deposit. If possible, we will offer an alternative date to reschedule.

We recommend that your participants immediately purchase travel insurance and make sure that your package is as thorough as possible including for unforeseen health or environmental disasters. You may want to consider if they have coverage if you decide to cancel for any reason including, but not limited to, personal or business-related complications.

All participants understand that the retreat center is an intentional digital detox and that certain cell phone service providers do not have strong signals in this area. In addition, wifi may be available, but may also be turned off for purposes of the program. Participants understand that limited use of internet is the primary goal of the participation and to make sure to adjust settings to low if viewing any video. Lack of phone or internet is not grounds for any cancellation or refund request. Participants may be charged additional fees for excessive use of internet and must acknowledge that the service may be different than theirs at home or at work.
