TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Wonder Wanderful Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to update and/or alter the following terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to be familiar with these terms and conditions.

The terms “CWW,” “we” and “our” refer to Camp Wonder Wander (Wonder Wanderful Enterprises, LLC), a United States of America organization, which offers and operates all workshops and retreat experiences listed herein. All retreats are offered subject to CWW’s standard terms and conditions. Please review the terms and conditions carefully prior to completing your reservation. Some of these terms and conditions are set out below to draw your attention to the fact that our obligations to you are limited.

Camp Wonder Wander is physically located at 599 Gaither Hinson Rd. Waynesboro TN 38485 and consists of 5 acres with numerous structures and a variety of terrain as well as farm and domestic animals. Additional property located at 606 Gaither Hinson Rd. Waynesboro TN 38485 is an undeveloped 12 acres with approximately 450 feet of river frontage that is considered part of the camp and is utilized for Forest Therapy walks and additional programs.

All participants understand that the retreat center is an intentional digital detox and that certain cell phone service providers do not have strong signals in this area. In addition, wifi may be available, but may also be turned off for purposes of the program. Participants understand that limited use of internet is the primary goal of the participation and to make sure to adjust settings to low if viewing any video. Lack of phone or internet is not grounds for any cancellation or refund request. Participants may be charged additional fees for excessive use of internet and must acknowledge that the service may be different than theirs at home or at work.

There may be other people on site during events including participants of our artist and writer residency program.

All personal items are the responsibility of the owner and each individual relinquishes CWW from any responsbilities.

There are security cameras and recording devices on site.

Participants may be asked to sign additional policies that will be outlined under separate cover.

PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

CWW is a non-smoking, non-vaping environment. We understand that some participants at times may be smokers or trying to quit, so we would like you to ensure that smoking occurs ONLY in designated spaces far from the entrances to lodging, away from animals and group gatherings, and only stationary - no walking and smoking. All remnants of smoking in designated areas should be removed immediately including any cigarette butts that are tossed anywhere on our property.

No illegal drug use. This is a holistic healing place and any impairment can alter not only an individual's experience, but the others around them. In addition, impairment due to drug use is a health hazard risk due to the rural environment with camp animals and an entire wild ecosystem. Psychotropic and mood altering is frowned upon where nature is the primary objective. Use of illegal drugs will be cause for immediate departure.

Limited or no alcohol depending on event. Excessive alcohol use will not be tolerated and grounds for immediate cancellation. Impairment must subside before any departure. Evidence of excessive alcohol could be the amount of visible remnants of cans or bottles compared to the amount of people as well as any verbal or other impairment conduct will be enough grounds for this cancellation and departure mandate.

No harassment, bullying, discrimination or other violent conduct towards others - human and non-human will be tolerated. Any violation of this will be cause for immediate removal from CWW and any potential follow-up such as police report or other necessary documentation. If you are a witness to this conduct or the target, please immediately notify CWW via text message, the ring doorbell, or attempt to find any staff or long term resident. Physical abuse or harassment will be grounds for immediate departure and forfeiture of program fees etc. Based on the level of severity, law enforcement may be contacted.

No weapons including guns. There is no hunting allowed on this property and no purpose for weapons even for those with concealed carry permits. Please consider the well-being of the others involved in the retreat and the affect that a weapon can have on the psyche whether it is exposed or hidden.

Solicitation and Proselytizing Prohibited: Solicitation and/or contact for sales of products, sales of services, and/or for membership, participation, proselytizing and/or fundraising for any purpose, profit and/or non-profit, religious and/
or not-religious, is strictly prohibited. Conduct prohibited under this paragraph shall be considered a material breach of the Agreement.

No illegal activities. This will be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and CWW reserves the right to pursue legal action at minimum of reporting and recording for the purposes of law enforcement duties.

No nudity on site, during activities, or in shared lodging circumstances. This is a family friendly environment, not a nudist colony.

COVID-19

For the health and well-being of all participants, leaders, and any staff, we would like participants to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination or a negative test within 48 hours of arrival. Although we breath much fresh air out here in the country, we realize that everyone participating is coming from various places and travel logistics, therefore we would like to breath easy with this level of mental health comfort. No one really ever wants to get sick even with just a small common cold. Please help Val and others on site stay on task with our summer offerings by adhering to this rule. Thank you.
